1. Create Your Christmas Vision

Can you see yourself this Christmas? What is important to you? Where do you want to be? What do you want to be wearing? How do you want to be feeling? Who do you want to be with? Create your vision of something that is really special to you; a vision that gives you that little butterfly feeling of excitement in your tummy. Everyone’s vision will be unique to them. Get clear on yours. If you can create a vision board and look at everyday this will help you to stay focused on your goal.

2. Don’t Feel Like You Have Left It Too Late

There’s a good number of weeks to Christmas, which is enough time for you to make an amazing difference to your waistline, face, arms, legs and tummy.
