Received a New You Product in unbranded packaging? Here, you’ll find all the mixing instructions to prepare it!

From time to time, you may notice some unbranded goodies in your New You box! Don’t panic! Due to fluctuations in stock and demand, we occasionally dip into our stash of unbranded packaging so that we can make sure we get the products you love to you.

But don’t worry! While the packaging might not look the same, we promise that the contents of these products are absolutely identical to our branded ones. This means you will still enjoy the same excellent quality, taste, and results you’ve come to love. 

Obviously, you’ll want to know how to prepare these unbranded products, but fear not! Below, you’ll find the mixing instructions for any of these…

Ham & Mushroom Pasta Total Soup

  • Empty contents of packet into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 140ml of hot (but not boiling) water.
  • Stir or whisk well for a few seconds until well dissolved.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds, stir and microwave for a further 1 minute 30 seconds.
  • Allow to sit for 3 minutes. Consume within 10 minutes.

Chicken Curry Noodle Soup

  • Empty one packet into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 130ml of hot but not boiling water.
  • Stir until well dissolved.
  • Cover the bowl with a plate (or lid) and let sit for 3 minutes.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Cream of Leek Soup

  • Empty the packet into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 160-170ml of hot (not boiling) water.
  • Stir or whisk well for a few seconds until well dissolved.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Tomato Soup

  • Empty the packet into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 180-200ml of hot (not boiling) water.
  • Stir or whisk well for a few seconds until well dissolved.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Chicken Soup

  • Empty the packet into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 160-170ml of hot (not boiling) water.
  • Stir or whisk well for a few seconds until well dissolved.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Earthy Mushroom Soup

  • Empty the packet into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 160-170ml of hot (not boiling) water.
  • Stir or whisk well for a few seconds until well dissolved.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Asparagus Soup

  • Empty the contents into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 230ml of water.
  • Stir or whisk well for a few minutes until well dissolved.
  • Microwave on high for 3 minutes (800w).
  • Allow to sit for 3 minutes. Consume within 10 minutes.

Irish Stew

  • Empty contents into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Add 110ml of room temperature water and mix well.
  • Microwave on high (800w) for 30 seconds, stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
  • Let stand for 2-3 minutes. Consume within 10 minutes.
Ali loves the Indian daal

Indian Daal

  • Empty contents into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Add 160ml of room temperature water and mix.
  • Microwave on high (800W) for 3 minutes.
  • Stir and microwave for another 3 minutes.
  • Let stand for 2-3 minutes. Consume within 10 minutes.

Cottage Pie

  • Empty contents of sachet into a small saucepan or microwave safe dish and cook as follows:
  • On the hob: Add 160ml-170ml of boiling water, stir well, and simmer, stirring continuously. Add a little extra water if required.
  • In the microwave: Add 160ml-170ml of boiling water and stir well. Heat on full power for 30 seconds, stir, and heat again for 15-30 seconds.
  • Let stand for 2-3 minutes. Consume within 10 minutes.

Four Cheese Pasta

  • Empty contents of packet into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Add 130ml of boiling water.
  • Microwave on high (800W) for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Let stand for 2-3 minutes. Consume within 10 minutes. 

Mexican Tacos

  • Empty the contents into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 200ml of room temperature water.
  • Stir or whisk well for a few seconds until well dissolved.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes in a pan on hob.
  • Alternatively, microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds, stir and microwave for a further 90 seconds to 2 minutes.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Burger Mix

  • Empty content of one packet into a bowl.
  • Add 50ml of cold water and mix well.
  • Allow the mixture to stand for 5 minutes.
  • Mould the mixture into a burger shape and cook on a non-stick pan with fry light until golden brown.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Sweet & Sour Noodles

  • Empty one packet into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 175ml of boiling water while stirring with a whisk or a fork.
  • Microwave on high (800W) for 1 minute 30 sec.
  • Stir and microwave on high (800W) for another 1 minute – 1 minute 30 seconds.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Spicy Noodles

  • Empty contents of sachet into a small saucepan or microwave safe dish and cook as follows:
  • On the hob: Add 125ml-145ml of boiling water, stir well, and simmer, stirring continuously. Add a little extra water if required.
  • In the microwave: Add 125ml-145ml of boiling water and stir well. Heat on full power for 2-3 minutes. Stir and repeat the process until the meal has absorbed most of the water.
  • Let stand for 2-3 minutes. Consume within 10 minutes.

Vegetable Risotto

  • Empty contents of one packet into a microwave safe bowl.
  • Add 225ml of cold water and mix well.
  • Microwave on high (800W) for 3 minutes.
  • Stir and microwave for another 3 minutes.
  • Remove from the microwave and leave to stand for 2-3 minutes.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Vegetable Chilli

  • Empty the packet into a bowl and slowly add 125-140ml of cold water.
  • Stir until dissolved.
  • Cook for 4-5 minutes on the hob.
  • Alternatively, cook in the microwave on full for 90 seconds, stir, then heat for a further 90 seconds.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.
Pasta Carbonara Meal

Pasta Carbonara

  • Empty contents of sachet into a microwave safe dish.
  • Add 150ml of boiling water and stir for a few seconds until well dissolved.
  • Microwave on high (800W) for 90 seconds, stir and microwave for a further 90 seconds.
  • Let stand for 1-2 minutes. Consume within 10 minutes.

Pasta Broccoli

  • Empty contents of sachet into a small saucepan or microwave safe dish and cook as follows:
  • On the hob: Add 110ml-130ml of boiling water, stir well, and simmer, stirring continuously. Add a little extra water if required.
  • In the microwave: Add slowly 110ml of water and stir for a few seconds until well dissolved. Microwave on high (800W) for 90 seconds, stir and microwave for 60 – 90 seconds.
  • Let stand for 1-2 minutes.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Omelette

  • Empty contents of one pack into a bowl.
  • Add 80ml of cold water and whisk well.
  • Coat a non-stick pan with 1kcal oil spray and heat.
  • Add mixture to the pan and whisk to make scrambled eggs or leave to cook for up to 30 seconds on each side for an omelette.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Creamy Rice Pudding

  • Empty contents of one packet into a bowl.
  • Add 150ml of cold water and mix well.
  • Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (at 800W).
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Consume within 10 minutes when removed from fridge.

Crunchy Chocolate Caramel Muesli

  • Empty one packet into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 100ml of water.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Chocolate Brownie

  • Empty one packet into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 40-45ml of water, while stirring with a whisk or a fork until well dissolved.
  • Put the mix into a mould and microwave (600W) for 1 minute 30 seconds.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Apple and Cinnamon Porridge

  • On the hob: Add the contents of sachet to a saucepan, add 150ml of water, stir well, and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
  • In the microwave: Add the contents of sachet to a microwavable dish, add 150ml of water and stir well. Heat on full power for 30-60 seconds, stir, and heat for a further 60-90 seconds.
  • Once any water is absorbed, allow to stand for 2-3 minutes and the consume. 

Salted Caramel Cake

  • Empty one packet into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 60ml of water while stirring with a whisk or a fork until well dissolved
  • Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds (600w)
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Oatmeal Porridge

  • On the hob: Add the contents of sachet to a saucepan, add 150ml of water, stir well, and heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
  • In the microwave: Add the contents of sachet to a microwavable dish, add 150ml of water and stir well. Heat on full power for 30-60 seconds, stir, and heat for a further 60-90 seconds.
  • Once any water is absorbed, allow to stand for 2-3 minutes.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Chocolate Porridge

  • Empty content of one packet into a bowl.
  • Add 150ml of water and mix well.
  • Microwave for 1 minute (800W), stir and microwave for other 1 minute 30 seconds.
  • Consume within 10 minutes.

Maple Syrup Pancakes

  • Empty contents of one pack into a bowl.
  • Slowly add 100ml of cold water while stirring with a whisk or fork.
  • Leave to stand for 1-3 minutes.
  • Coat non-stick pan with 1kcal oil spray and heat.
  • Use all the mixture for 1 large pancake or half for 2 smaller pancakes.
  • Pour mixture onto the hot pan.
  • Cook on a high heat for 30 seconds on each side.
  • Consume within 10 minutes

Limited Edition Water Flavourings

  • Mix 1 scoop (5g) with at least 250ml of water to taste.
  • Shake or still well.

New You Water Flavourings

  • Mix 5g of product with 500ml of very cold still or sparkling water.
  • Shake or stir until mixed and add ice if required.
