Angela: Initially I thought I would never do it because I was so unsure about my before picture. But then I had a doctor’s appointment on June 26th, just before the end of this challenge period, and he was shocked and he could not believe what I have achieved. He told me my diabetes was gone so I could get rid of my medication and that my liver recovered. He also did another ultrasound and told me that the fat on my liver was gone. I haven’t spent any of the money yet as I’m putting it towards our family holiday in August. I haven’t yet reached my goal but since the last challenge I’ve lost another 25lbs so winning has motivated me a lot and I know I’ve got to keep going!
