However, when she saw her progress and what she had achieved, she thought, “why not?” Ewa started the plan after reading other people’s success stories, and now has become an inspiration herself. Ewa: After starting the plan, I took photos but didn’t post them anywhere. It wasn’t until I started looking through old photos that I realised how much I’d changed.
