A healthy body would result to a healthy mind. That is the reason why, despite of the busy schedule, people would really find a time to have an exercise. This is important because it keeps us stronger and make us ready for our everyday work.

Exercise is also very beneficial to us because it reduces the risk of being prone to sickness and other diseases. It is highly recommended that people must really do exercise in order to stay active and to be fit. Biking, running and swimming are just simple ways to exercise. Some people can even do this all at once and they are the triathletes, and they can do this with the aid of their triathlon coach.

Triathletes are athletes who enter into competition which forms three parts and those are the biking, swimming and running. Being like this one, you would have to endure a hard training and do a lot of preparation. Here are some method on how to prepare to become your dream of being a triathlete.

Gear up. Before doing all the training, have the necessary gears first. You should know that there are appropriate suits for swimming, also goes with the others. Consult your coach on what is the proper attire and what is a good brand that provides better fit.

Organize the drill sessions. When preparing for this kind of race, you must balanced the length of time that you have to spend on training for each category. If you are already good in biking, but is bad in swimming the take longer hours in swimming. But remember, you should not be too much confident for that might cause your failure.

Do the training alone. It is indeed fun to train with your peers but sometimes it helps if you only do your training alone. It would be better for a first timer, like you, to do it alone because you can properly focus on your strengths. You would also be able to know the things which you must to improve and those that need to be lessen a little bit.

Keep it simple and gradual. Since you are still a beginner, it is enough that you will just do simple trainings. Do not go overboard for this might cause harm in your body. Do the simple drills first and later, if you can already do the simple ones, that is the right time that you should do the complicated drills.

Fuel up and eat. Trainings are exhausting. Make sure you always eat your meals on scheduled so that you will have enough power in doing your next drills. Ask your fitness trainer as to the proper meal that is suitable for you and as to the quantity of the intake of food that is needed. Be sure not to go overboard because it is only you who will suffer the consequences.

Stay hydrated. Drinking water is very important, especially when you are working out for your triathlon goals. Constant training would leave you constant sweating so always stay hydrated by drinking water often. You can also consider drinking energy drinks and some other drinks who may have electrolytes that can help you boost your energy.
