1. Drink Your Way to Success: Thriving Through Hydration in 2025

Staying hydrated is one of the best things you can do for your body, especially when you’re on a very low-calorie diet. Drinking enough water helps speed up your metabolism, keeps hunger pangs at bay, and gives you more energy throughout the day. Plus, it’s essential for helping your body flush out toxins, including the by-products from burning fat. When you’re well-hydrated, you’ll feel more revitalised, less sluggish, and ready to take on anything!

2. Walk Your Way to Wellness: 10K Steps to Thrive in 2025

Walking is one of the easiest and most powerful ways to boost your physical and mental health. It gets your heart pumping, strengthens your legs, and helps you burn calories, all while keeping you away from mindless eating. It’s also amazing for your mood – nothing beats a good walk for clearing your head and reducing stress. The more you walk, the better you’ll feel, both in body and mind! (Capped at 10,000 steps per day)

Register, get your tracker and all the details here.

3. Mindset Motivation Bingo: Cultivating a Thriving Mindset for 2025

Having a positive mindset is crucial on a weight loss journey because it fosters resilience and motivation. When you embrace positivity, you’re more likely to view challenges as opportunities for growth rather than setbacks. This mindset can help you stay committed to your goals, celebrate small victories, and maintain a healthier relationship with food and exercise. Ultimately, a positive outlook enhances your overall well-being and makes the journey more enjoyable and sustainable. Tick off as many squares as you can on our January Mindset Motivation Bingo card. ‘FREE SPACE’ – you decide what positive mindset activity you’d like to do.

4. 100 Squats to Triumph: Building Strength to Thrive in 2025

Track how many you can do each day! A lot of lovely members shared you really loved this challenge last month so we’re re-running this but capping it at 100 per day. We appreciate this might not sound super inclusive or accessible to all so we’ve created a ‘how to’ video with Coach Josh to show how you can modify this movement to fit your own mobility needs. (Let us know your feedback and if you find this helpful). You can find this video in the featured posts section of our Facebook groups.

Incorporating daily exercise routines into your weight loss journey is crucial because not only does it help burn calories but it also boosts your mood and energy levels. Engaging in physical activity releases endorphins, which can enhance your motivation and make the journey feel more enjoyable. Additionally, daily exercise strengthens your body, improves your cardiovascular health, and builds a sense of discipline, all of which are essential for sustainable weight loss and overall well-being. Remember, every small effort counts, and the journey is just as important as the destination.

Cells: The Building Blocks of Life

Cells: The Building Blocks of Life The human body contains millions of cells that rely on healthy nutrition like proteins, vitamins and minerals. While the body can create some of these nutrients, it also requires essential vitamins and minerals from food sources. Every living organism depends on its cells to function normally. Often referred to as “the building blocks of life,” cells are the biological, structural and functional units that carry out tasks in an organism. A collection of cells working together is called a tissue, while a series of tissues performing organized functions are called organs. The human body contains trillions of cells, all with varying tasks that help support bodily organs; these include skin cells, nerve cells, blood cells, barrier function cells (supporting the lungs, gut) and more. Cells rely on good nutrition for energy production and to prevent oxidative damage. The anatomy of a cell Cells in the human body are so tiny that they are invisible to th...
