We’ve received some amazing feedback from our customers about what they loved about last year’s challenge, so we’re relaunching it again year with a NEW spin since many of you really enjoyed it in 2024. We’ve freshened things up and are coming back with a BANG to kick off the new year!

So, what is #dietforfree?

We have dedicated £40,000 worth of New You Plan points to this amazing #dietforfree campaign!!

If you use the hashtag #dietforfree in any of your social media posts, on any platform, AND we like the content, you could potentially win some shop credit to buy some amazing products from our website How cool is that?! You’ll literally be dieting for free!

There are different ways to get involved:

  • Share selfies, photos or videos of you enjoying a Shake, a lovely Fluffy Bar, your favourite Snacks, or New You Plan meals out and about.
  • Show us your photos and videos about how The New You Plan havs changed your life
  • Take part in an interview about your journey with The New You Plan
  • Write a blog post about your New You journey
  • Take part in our NEW weekly themed photo/video challenge

The key thing to remember, however you choose to get involved (in any of the above opportunities), if you tag us with hastag #dietforfree in any of your content AND you get selected by us, you will receive some shop credit so you can buy your fave New You Plan products! It goes something like this: in your video, you have to say, “2025 is my year to thrive! This year, I want to achieve [fill in the blank],” or “This year, my goal is [fill in the blank].”
