This month, we’ve kept the core challenges that help you stay on track with your health and fitness goals to inspire and push you further. Here’s what you can expect:

1. Hydrate and Refresh: Embrace Your Fresh Start

For the month of March, your challenge is to aim to drink at least 4 litres of water each day! Staying hydrated is one of the best things you can do for your body, especially when you’re on a very low-calorie diet. Just think of it as fat-burning fuel! Drinking enough water helps speed up your metabolism, keeps hunger pangs at bay, and gives you more energy throughout the day. Plus, it’s essential for helping your body flush out toxins, including the by-products from burning fat. When you’re well-hydrated, you’ll feel more revitalised, less sluggish, and ready to take on anything!

It gets your heart pumping, strengthens your legs, and helps you burn calories, all while keeping you away from mindless eating. It’s also amazing for your mood – nothing beats a good walk for clearing your head and reducing stress. The more you walk, the better you’ll feel, both in body and mind! (Capped at 10,000 steps per day).

Cells: The Building Blocks of Life

Cells: The Building Blocks of Life The human body contains millions of cells that rely on healthy nutrition like proteins, vitamins and minerals. Often referred to as “the building blocks of life,” cells are the biological, structural and functional units that carry out tasks in an organism. A collection of cells working together is called a tissue, while a series of tissues performing organized functions are called organs.
