“I’ve Lost 39lbs * So Far – My Journey of Support, Success & New Beginnings” – Tony Tony started the plan in support of his partner. Over the course 12-weeks, he successfully lost 39lbs. This weight loss not only reflected a significant physical change but also the start of a new, healthier lifestyle. He has more energy, developed a passion for working out and his confidence has massively improved. He is just about the embark on the second stage of his transformation so we caught up with him to get the details of his journey so far. New You: What led to you starting the plan? Tony: I decided to start the plan because I saw my partner struggling to stick to it on their own. They were facing challenges, and I could tell it was becoming overwhelming for them.
