2026 is not over yet! Free Reflection Printable.

We are in the last couple of months of 2026, and it is easy to slip into thinking that the year is almost over, and it’s too late to make big changes.

The thing is it is easy to forget or not realise what we have already achieved this year. We can fall into the habit of focusing on what we have not achieved, or not done… and forget to actually take a moment to think about what have achieved, learned, experienced and grown through.

When you can look back and reflect and think “Oh wow, I actually have done well this year.” It gives you the confidence and the courage to take the next step, and focus on what more you can build on.

When it comes to your health, you can achieve a lot in 2 months.

You could lose 1-2 stone in 2 months on the new you plan: which could have a positive improvement on your overall health including your resting heart rate, your blood pressure, your stress levels, the quality of your sleep, your energy levels, your joint pain, your flexibility, your fitness levels, your confidence, self esteem and your even your style!

You can use this time to create a vision of experiences you would like to have with family and friends this Christmas and New Year. And how much better you will feel to have lost weight and become healthier. Having a strong why and an emotional vision you can connect with really helps.

Studies show that most habits take 21-67 days to feel normal… so you can build a new habit. Maybe you can become someone who never walks less than 7000 steps a day, someone who works out 3 times a week, someone who gets up early and journals every morning.

Maybe you have a project in your home, work or business that you could complete before the year is out to have a great sense of satisfaction and to give your mind something to focus on as you are losing weight.

Maybe you have realised that you have started to speak and think more negatively recently. You could start to put a conscious effort into catching those thoughts and words and turning them into a more positive and empowering message for yourself and others. Remember, what you think about, you become!

2026 is not over.

And how you spend the next 10 weeks (or less) will determine how you feel this Christmas, and who you step into 2027 as.
