This Stewed Apple Yogurt Bowl is an easy way to switch up your usual yogurt bowl by adding in some comforting warmth. 

You all know we love yogurt bowls here at Nutrition Stripped, they’re so easy to individualize and switch up whenever you’re in need of a change! This particular Stewed Apple Yogurt Bowl was inspired by my love of yogurt bowls and my craving for comforting meals at this time of year. 

There’s nothing better than a warm breakfast bowl during these colder months! I always love my Stewed Apples with Warming Spices recipe, so why not make a yogurt bowl with it?

You can prep your stewed apples and nut butter in advance, then combine in a bowl with your yogurt of choice. Don’t forget to top with your favorite garnishes!

There are a few tips you should keep in mind that will help you add versatility, and truly enjoy this recipe.

Switch things up

Not a fan of nut butter? Or maybe you prefer Greek Yogurt? That’s quite alright! The nuts and bolts are here, but feel free to switch things up to your liking.

You can replace the nut butter with a seed butter, or maybe just some nuts or seeds if the creamy texture isn’t your thing. And feel free to replace the plant-based yogurt or kefir with your yogurt of choice!

Store in a glass-tight container 

This Stewed Apple Yogurt Bowl is just as delicious on day 2! As long as you have an air-tight container to store it in, you can store it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
