To help you organise your plan, Pascale has created space in this month’s workbook for you. Don’t forget to download it from the Secret Slimmer’s Facebook group.

In there you can record:

  • The big results you’d like to achieve by the end of the year.
  • What you want your exact goal weight to be and attach a date to it!
  • Your specific reasons for losing weight.
  • How your goals are realistic to achieve.
  • How your plan will fit into your life.
  • Habits or activities you need to change and obstacles that may be in your way.

You can also set yourself up some mini goals and decide how you will reward yourself for achieving them.

Don’t forget that it’s important that you know when you have reached your goal, so make sure you have a good measure. It doesn’t have to be numbers on the scale. It can be anything from fitting into certain clothes or being able to walk that little bit further.

Or if you can’t make it live, you can find the video any time after in the Guides section.
